Meeting Minutes:

New Meeting Format
- The Players will now be holding there weekly meetings in the following format:
7:00-7:30- General Meeting discussing Players Operations and Business
7:30-8:30- Workshop time for presentation of monologues, scenes, or group events.
- This new format will begin March 29th, 2009.

Players Trip to Guthrie will be March 13th, 2009.
- Sign Up on Callboard.
- Price of Tickets TBD.

Viennese Ball Living Statues
- Looking for two more volunteers to be Living Statues for the event.
- Sign up posted on Callboard.
- Viennese Ball is April 17th and 18th and required times do not conflict with One Act
Festival.

24 HOUR PLAYS
-7:30PM April 3rd to 7:30PM April 4th
-Performance 7:30PM, April 4th
-Plays will be written, directed, memorized, and performed within one 24 Hour
Period.
-USITT could handle technical aspects of light, sound, and scenic. Conception to
execution in 24 Hours.
-Post Party Hosted by USITT?
-Met with Student Art group after meeting. The group has been challenged to
envision what they could create in one 24 hour period alongside the performance.
-Would like to make this a bonding event for all Haas groups.
-Pending approval, more will develop.
