Weekly Meeting, Greenroom

Meeting Minutes:

New Meeting Format

- The Players will now be holding there weekly meetings in the following format:

7:00-7:30- General Meeting discussing Players Operations and Business

7:30-8:30- Workshop time for presentation of monologues, scenes, or group events. 

-  Juggling workshop will happen in first few weeks of workshop.

 Players Trip to Guthrie will be March 13th, 2009.

 24 HOUR PLAYS  (GOING AS PLANNED!)

7:30PM April 3rd to 7:30PM April 4th

Performance 7:30PM, April 4th

Plays will be written, directed, memorized, and performed within one 24 Hour Period.

Set goal of participation of 30 people.

USITT could handle technical aspects of light, sound, and scenic.  Conception to execution in 24 Hours.

Audition Calendar

Creation of calendar for audtions- local and regional.
